fantastic stay!

the location worked perfectly for my plans. i could easily walk to gwangjang market, a HUGE plus. the hotel maintained a SUPER clean environment, which i really appreciated.

there was some building work in the area , but it didn't bother me too much.

The staff provided very friendly service. they assisted me with renting cooking utensils. the rooftop offered a view of the namsan tower and was easily accessible from my room. It was lovely!!!

The room included a washing machine and an air dresser. I found these fantastic. its location was also good. breakfast was reasonably good. There was a good selection of food. i loved that the room had lots of storage space.

The hallway looked like a dark bunker. the storage could have been condensed to create more space. This would improve the room. staff could use more training and more cute attitude. they maybe should smile more.

i found the hotel very clean. the room included a wine chiller and a fridge. there was also an induction stove provided. a uv jacket cleaner and warmer was available, which i greatly appreciated.

it made navigating slightly inconvenient. i also observed there was no direct crosswalk from the airport shuttle.

i saw the hotel lacked a full restaurant, but there was a cafe nearby. i noticed emart24 convenience store just downstairs. it seemed convenient for quick snacks and drinks.

i loved the location near many local restaurants and the metro made it easy to get around the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. the kitchen was helpful and the free water bottles everyday were a nice touch. i especially appreciated the washing machine and dryer in the suite for our family it proved useful after exploring the city.

i did notice an unpleasant smell in the corridor on the way to the room it detracted a little from the overall experience perhaps improved ventilation or air fresheners could solve this easily. it's minor but noticeable.
